What is included in the site fee? 
The site fee will vary. 

What are the event hours? 
Curfew is 10pm, event must end by 9:45pm. Due to local noise ordinance. 

What time can we arrive on the event day? 
Contact us to make arrangements. 

What is a service charge? 
Service charge covers the cost associated with hosting your event (ie. staffing, setup and breakdown, etc). 

How many events do you host a day? 
We host one event per day. 

Do we get a Rehearsal? 
Yes, you may have a 1-1 ½ hour rehearsal, based on availability. Rehearsal dinner is available at The Oak Glen Steak House and Salon. Rehearsal dinner will be available in a private room, all bookings must be made before 4:00pm. 

Do you allow outside catering? 
Outside catering is not allowed. Apple Creek Meadows offers full service catering and beverages including alcohol. There is no exception to this policy. 

Do we need to hire security? 
For events with more than 250 guests, we do require security be hired. 

Do we need to hire a wedding Coordinator? 
Yes, we require a day of wedding coordinator at a minimum, we highly recommend hiring a professional coordinator or using one of our in house coordinators. 

Do we need to hire your vendors? 
We do not require you to use our vendors, however, we strongly recommend them. Apple Creek Meadows is a unique property and the vendors on our recommend list are all familiar with the property and have the proper liability insurance to execute a fabulous event.

Can we bring our own alcohol or beverages?
No, our liquor license requires that all alcohol is provided through Apple Creek Meadows. If you’re interested in a specific brand or vintage of alcohol, just ask! 

Is valet parking required? 
No, we offer self parking.

Are shuttle buses or Limos allowed on property?
Only small mini coaches and limos up to 24 feet are permitted on the grounds. Excursion and Navigator limousines are also not permitted on the property.

Is the property ADA accessible? 
Yes, the property is ADA accessible for most event spaces. 

Do we need to provide our own liability insurance? 
No, we do not require you to provide additional event insurance

Are there overnight accommodations for guests? 
No, but we have a list of hotels within a close distance to our venue which can provide accommodations at a special rate to our clients.

What is the average cost of a wedding at Apple Creek Meadows? 
There are many factors to consider for your event and we would be happy to put together a detailed proposal outlining all costs based on your event details. However, which includes site fee, catering, beverages, staffing, rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc) and parking. Other items such as décor, entertainment and photography would be separate costs. 

What is the process for booking a date? 
If you’d like to schedule a tour to see the property, please call us to schedule an appointment. During the tour, we can discuss the locations, available dates, estimated pricing and how Apple Creek Meadows can be a good fit for your event. Then, based on what you’re looking for, we will create a custom proposal, a 25% deposit will book your date.
